Growing up in the Construction industry and more than 15 years experience of construction management, Alex Mendez has been continually growing in the construction field. Originally from Eastern WA, Alex started off working as a Laborer with a production builder in Tri-cities. Filled with ambition and drive, he was quickly promoted as a Site superintendent in 2006. Years to follow he took on the opportunity to advance his experience in building Custom homes working hand in hand with homeowners to create their fully custom homes throughout the Tri-Cities. Looking for the next big opportunity to advance in construction, Alex decided to relocate himself and his family to Seattle in 2013. Immediately finding a Construction Superintendent position with a Urban inner city residential builder. In that time he built relationships with other builders and investors which opened the doors for him to continue to do what he loves and start his own legacy in supplying well built homes in a timely fashion using his knowledge in the construction field hes come to posses in the many years and experience building residential Homes.
