Dan Wilcynski, Team Lead

As the lead of our Development and New Construction Team, Dan focuses much of his time helping our builder clients identify and acquire developable land for infill projects in Seattle, plus manages the listing and sale of our new construction inventory. He brings more than 20 years of residential real estate sales experience to the team and his extensive knowledge of the in-city market, combined with his experience with land use, construction practices, investment metrics and complex negotiations contribute significant value to his client’s financial decisions.

Dan’s consistent communication, utmost transparency and meticulous attention to detail assures his clients are always informed and their interests protected throughout the purchase process. He is deeply committed to working hard and finding creative ways to help his clients succeed.

Dan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Finance from the University of Washington. He currently resides in the Maple Leaf neighborhood with his wife and two kids.

Larry Wilcynski, Team Lead

As the Team Lead for our residential sales division, Larry oversees the daily activities of our team’s buyer brokers plus works closely with our seller clients to develop strategies for preparing, positioning, and marketing that maximize results. He carefully analyzes each property, recommends cost-effective improvements, and assembles a vetted team of specialists, from handymen to designers to assist in executing an effective sales and marketing strategy.

Larry’s goal is to present your home at its best, to the largest pool of buyers – ultimately helping you maximize your return. Larry is a clear and concise communicator and experienced negotiator.

He has deep rooted ties to the Seattle community and resides in the Arboretum neighborhood with his wife and two kids.

Cassandra Lycke, Operations Director

A licensed real estate broker since 2010 with a background in high-tech and event marketing, Cassandra plays a central role in shaping the strategic direction of our organization through meticulous strategic planning. Her keen eye for process improvement has led to enhanced efficiency and productivity across all operational facets. As a champion of quality control, Cassandra ensures that our listings are not only strategically marketed but also meet the highest standards of excellence.

Outside of the office, Cassandra enjoys live music, finds joy in making floral arrangements and charcuterie boards, and loves trying to keep up with her two kids and husband.

Lesly Chapman, Listing Specialist

Lesly brings over a decade of real estate experience as a listing specialist in Seattle’s luxury housing market and works closely with our seller clients, helping them prepare their homes for sale while providing an exceptionally high level of care and service.

Lesly grew up on the Eastside and when she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, Demi; working out at Orange Theory; exploring local restaurants, breweries, and wineries; and cheering on the Seahawks and Huskies.

Shanna Niemi, Transaction Coordinator

Shanna brings over 18 years of real estate experience to the Wilcynski Partners team. Responsible for managing the details of every transaction, Shanna’s love of systems and processes combined with her attention to detail helps to ensure every client’s closing is smooth and seamless.

Originally from Southern California, Shanna and her husband, Donnie, moved to the Puget Sound region in 2003 where they have raised their two daughters, Riley and Chase. When she is not working, Shanna enjoys spending time with her family and their 3 dogs, traveling, hiking, attending concerts and exploring new restaurants.

Cole Cortright, Marketing Specialist

Cole leads marketing strategy and execution for the team—owning social, email, paid media, web, and listing go-to-market. Drawing on experience in residential lending, real estate, and high-growth environments, he blends strategy with hands-on execution—social content and short-form video, lead magnets and email nurture, paid media, website landing pages, and polished listing collateral. He builds simple systems, tracks the numbers that matter, and iterates quickly so the brand stays consistent and the pipeline grows.

Outside of work, you’ll find him on a basketball court, hunting for the next great food spot, or out on an occasional hike..

Jordan Rabinowe, Senior Broker

Jordan works alongside our buyer clients, focusing his time and energy on building trust, understanding the needs of the client, and educating them about the home buying process along the way. This care and attention ultimately helps our buyer clients achieve the goal of homeownership in what continues to be a competitive market.

When not showing properties or negotiating a sale on behalf of his clients, Jordan is a wine enthusiast and continues his work as the founder of Proletariat Wines. He also enjoys tending to his garden in Ballard, planning international travel, catching live music shows, and surrounding himself by friends and family.

Monica Wilkinson, Broker

As a dedicated Buyer Specialist, Monica is an active and engaged listener, problem-solver, and enjoys sharing in her clients’ successes. Her commitment to providing exceptional service to her clients while creating memorable home-buying experiences truly sets her apart.

Monica is an Oregon State University alum, who moved to Seattle in the 90’s. Over the years, she has lived in various neighborhoods around the city, but now resides in the Maple Leaf area with her two daughters and husband.

Klaus Gosma, Broker

Klaus is a lifelong Seattleite and seasoned real estate broker with over 20 years of experience and over 600 successful transactions. Raised in Magnolia and a longtime resident of both north and south Seattle, he offers unmatched insight into the city’s neighborhoods.

Outside of work, he enjoys time with family and friends, the outdoors, travel, music, and Seattle sports.

Kimberlee Cessna, Broker

Todd Cessna, Development Acquisition Specialist

As a Land Acquisitions Specialist, Todd brings a decade of sales expertise along with his knowledge of construction and dedication of the customer experience to the Wilcynski Partners team. Todd comes to the team with a diverse background of IT systems and processes that he hopes to use for the new construction and development in Seattle’s beautiful and vibrant neighborhoods.

When Todd is not hard at work researching properties, he enjoys spending time with his wife. He also loves movies, going to music concerts & sporting events, playing games and being in the water.
