Dan Wilcynski, Lead Buyer’s Agent

As Lead Buyer’s Agent, Dan oversees the activities of our team’s Buyer Specialists, while also focusing much of his time helping our builder clients identify and acquire developable land for infill projects in Seattle. He brings more than 18 years of residential real estate sales experience to the team and his extensive knowledge of the in-city market, combined with his experience with land use, construction practices, investment metrics and complex negotiations contribute significant value to his client’s financial decisions.

Dan’s consistent communication, utmost transparency and meticulous attention to detail assures his clients are always informed and their interests protected throughout the purchase process. He is deeply committed to working hard and finding creative ways to help his clients succeed.

Dan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Finance from the University of Washington. He currently resides in the Maple Leaf neighborhood with his wife and two kids.

Larry Wilcynski, Lead Listing Agent

As Lead Listing Agent, Larry works closely with each seller to develop an action plan distinctly focused on maximizing value. He carefully analyzes each property, recommends cost-effective improvements, and assembles a vetted team of specialists, from handymen to designers to assist in executing an effective sales and marketing strategy.

Larry’s goal is to present your home at its best, to the largest pool of buyers – ultimately helping you maximize your return. Larry is a clear and concise communicator and experienced negotiator.

He has deep rooted ties to the Seattle community and resides in the Arboretum neighborhood with his wife and their two kids.

Cassandra Lycke, Marketing Director

Cassandra brings over 9 years of high tech and event marketing experience to the Wilcynski Partners team. Since becoming a licensed real estate broker in 2010, she’s worked closely with some of Seattle’s top producing real estate agents as a licensed assistant and marketing consultant – developing strategic property marketing plans and agent branding – before joining Wilcynski Partners full time. Her knowledge and expertise brings a unique advantage to our sellers, ensuring that our listings are presented in the best light and receive the greatest market exposure.

Cassandra holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Boise State University.

Lesly Chapman, Listing Specialist

Lesly brings 9 years of real estate experience as a listing specialist in Seattle’s luxury housing market and works closely with our seller clients, helping them prepare their homes for sale while providing an exceptionally high level of care and service.

Lesly grew up on the Eastside and when she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, Demi; working out at Orange Theory; exploring local restaurants, breweries, and wineries; and cheering on the Seahawks and Huskies.

Therese Starcher, Listing Agent

Therese brings over 7 years of local real estate experience to the Wilcynski Partners team along with a background in both fashion design and customer service. As a dedicated listing agent, Therese focuses her time and energy monitoring and touring existing new construction inventory and applying that on-the-ground knowledge and insight to create effective pricing strategies and successful outcomes for our builder clients.

Native to Sweden and a long-time resident of the Eastside, Therese loves experiencing new cultures and has a passion for travel. When she’s not travelling abroad, Therese enjoys fitness, great food (and wine!), plus spending time with family and friends.

Jordan Rabinowe, Buyer Specialist

Jordan works alongside our buyer clients, focusing his time and energy on building trust, understanding the needs of the client, and educating them about the home buying process along the way. This care and attention ultimately helps our buyer clients achieve the goal of homeownership in what continues to be a competitive market.

When not showing properties or negotiating a sale on behalf of his clients, Jordan is a wine enthusiast and continues his work as the founder of Proletariat Wines. He also enjoys tending to his garden in Ballard, planning international travel, catching live music shows, and surrounding himself by friends and family.

Josh Johnson, Buyer Specialist

As a dedicated buyer specialist, Josh cultivates deep relationships with our buyer clients and helps them reach their homeownership goals by providing an unmatched level of customer service stemming from nearly two decades of sales and service experience.

A born and raised Washingtonian who has lived in Seattle for over 15 years, Josh enjoys a lot of the quintessential outdoor activities the PNW has to offer – including mountain biking, hiking, backpacking, playing soccer, and skiing – plus enjoys live music and travel.

Shanna Niemi, Transaction Coordinator

Shanna brings over 18 years of real estate experience to the Wilcynski Partners team. Responsible for managing the details of every transaction, Shanna’s love of systems and processes combined with her attention to detail helps to ensure every client’s closing is smooth and seamless.

Originally from Southern California, Shanna and her husband, Donnie, moved to the Puget Sound region in 2003 where they have raised their two daughters, Riley and Chase. When she is not working, Shanna enjoys spending time with her family and their 3 dogs, traveling, hiking, attending concerts and exploring new restaurants.
