The Wilcynski Partners team previewed homes today that are currently listed for sale in the Capitol Hill, Madrona, and Madison Park neighborhoods – you can see the homes we toured below. It’s a great exercise (both professionally and sometimes physically, especially when you have to climb 1,500* stairs to get to the front door of a home as we did today) to get out and see properties in person since photos can oftentimes be deceiving.
*Disclaimer: 1,500 stairs is a gross exaggeration.
