Real estate sales in certain neighborhood pockets of Seattle began to balance out in June, which is good news for buyers. Here is a quick look at how the market is performing in a few of the key neighborhoods we work:
Arboretum: The average sales price of single family homes in Arboretum in June was $750,000 while the average price per square foot was $353.
Eastlake: 11 single family homes closed in Eastlake in June, which was 37.5% more than May. The average sales price last month was $556,000.
Madison Park: The number of single family homes for sale in June was up 60% compared to May while the number of homes placed under contract was up 100% over the previous month.
Washington Park: The average price of single family homes sold last month in Washington Park was $991,000 while the average continuous days on market was 13.
Broadmoor: In June the average price per square footage of homes sold is appreciating, with an average of $682. This is up 46.6% from last year.
