Market Update: Eastlake – May 2014
No surprise here, as with all Seattle neighborhoods right now, Eastlake was a seller’s market in May. Inventory of single family homes in May was down 44.4% compared to April making it a very competitive environment for buyers. Overall though, inventory is up 25% compared to 2013 and the number of homes placed under contract was up a whopping 333.3% compared to last year.
