| Housing, Economic & Lifestyle Report |
A Note From Larry and DanAs we wrap up another busy quarter, we want to thank you for your continued trust in Wilcynski Partners. Over the past three months, we’ve had the privilege of helping clients successfully navigate more than 30 transactions across the Seattle area, from Mount Baker to Magnolia and many neighborhoods in between. Behind the scenes, our team continues to grow so we can provide an even higher level of service. Additional support means more hands on every listing, more thoughtful communication throughout the buying and selling process, and more visible marketing designed to showcase every home at its very best. The market continues to evolve. Across King County, the median sale price reached $975,000, sellers received an average of 99% of original list price, and inventory increased to 2.3 months of supply. While buyers have more choices than they did a year ago, well priced homes continue to sell quickly, making thoughtful pricing and a tailored strategy more important than ever. For a deeper look at these trends, click below to read Windermere Real Estate’s Local Market Update. Whether you’re considering a move or simply staying informed, we hope you’ll continue to think of Wilcynski Partners as a trusted resource. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your real estate journey. Larry and Dan Wilcynski |

Inventory continues to rise across our region, though growth has begun to moderate. Demand remains steady in King County and beyond, creating a more balanced market than we’ve seen in years. As pricing trends diverge across local markets, well priced homes continue to sell quickly and often at or above asking price, making strategy more important than ever for both buyers and sellers.
