Arboretum: The average sales price of single family homes in Arboretum in July was $735,000, down slightly from what the neighborhood saw in June. However there are currently ZERO listings in Arboretum for sale which means if you are interested in selling, now may be the time to do it!

Broadmoor: In July the average price per square footage of homes listed and sold with a real estate brokerage in Broadmoor was $514. This is up 16.8% from the same month last year.

Eastlake: Eastlake had an influx of new residential listings hit the market, bringing the total available in July for sale to 20 (18 as of today, 8-13). One should note, however, that 9 of these listings are house boats, 6 are new construction townhomes that have yet to be completed, and 2 newly completed townhomes and 1 triplex – leaving plenty of room for resale single-family clients to be successful!

Madison Park: The number of single family homes available for sale in Madison Park decreased slightly in July but left the neighborhood with 3 months of inventory.

Washington Park: The average price of single family homes sold last month in Washington Park was $2,447,000 comprised of just 2 sales in the neighborhood (up from $991,000 in June). The average continuous days on market was 16.
