One of the funnest parts of listing a home is getting to witness buyer excitement about the property first hand and hearing feedback from buyers and agents alike. We received a total of TEN offers and the home landed at a final sales price of $782,000 – which was 16% over the original list price! Needless to say, our seller was beyond thrilled! The home closed seamlessly on September 7 and we could not be happier for our client.
